From the idea to the realisation
How did five history teachers venture upon the unexperienced - or: how did we become CD-Authors?
The outline of the PowerPoint lecture:
1./ There is a need for a CD!
2./ The idea: way of life / games
Our aim was to show the historical period from Reformed ages to the 1st World War through the ways of life, manners, which is quite unusual in the practice of teaching. We invite the users for playing. (The user is not always a child!) The effective, successful game requires lots of background information (e.g.: Információ/súgó/lexikon).
We were busy in making use of multimedia possibilities. Apart from text, the CD contains pictures, illustrations, maps, diagrams and music. Of course the material can be accessed through several interactive ways.
