The Corvina ILS depository requesting modul introduction and our experiences in the University Library, University of Szeged

The book depositories settle down in 5 different levels in our library and from reader rooms the existence of measurable relatively big geographical distances justified us drawing it up the electronic depository and requesting system supporting depository service, that let us be allowed to make the service more efficient. The solution from the direction of the opportunities of the depository service we approached it, and the Corvina Company we drew up the directions of the necessary development together.

Some ide for our work:

1. For a reader from Opac hit list let him be allowed to initiate the depository request.

2. Onto the copies a passed request calls on the depositories if it is not in the first than send the request to the next depository.

3.Let us be allowed to has an on-line status information of the requests for our readers.

We prepared a framework system which can be displayed on a TV, into which we integrated it to the information necessary informations. (the same one with the help of a browser program which can be observed on an intranet naturally)
