Contemporary IT infrastructures are mostly built from hardware and software components from multiple vendors. Operating such an environment is usually challenging for the IT staff, because they have to collect operating status data from multiple sources, which increase the operation risks and also increase the prospected error resolution time in case of failure. In this session we will demonstrate the cross-platform management features of System Center Operations Manager 2007 which can provide a single view to the entire IT environment.
