Many authors have already published on the situation of

electronic book-culture in Hungary in printed, as well as digital format.

Beside presenting these I will also introduce my own e-book guide, the

differences between the digital and the print edition, and the consequences

that can be drawn from the impact of the two editions. My exposé highlights

that culture created from digital platforms can only be interpreted within

the context of traditional culture. The research of the dimensions of the

Googletenberg-galaxy have only begun, even though the world of books is

changing at a rapid pace.
