This is a brief history - with worldwide an Hungarian aspects - about the Internet and email, with some unknown details.
In opposite of the general beliefs (and some coursebook) the main reason for the foundation of the Internet wasn’t only the fear against of the atomic walfare, but there was a more pacific reason.
The presentation tries to demonstrate the main motivations, and the real origins of the Internet, including the history of the ’50 and ’60’s, introduce the „first wave” of the networking scientists and pioneers, and show their life with the private aspects.
The presentation will focusing the big „milestones”, for instance what was the first message, who sent it, what was the first spam and networking virus.
The presentation tributes to that few forgotten pioneers, who was able to dream a new and better world and was able to make it come true. This is a „memory of that wizards, who were always stay up late”.
