The implementation of the EKLEKTIKA project is nearing its completion. The system scheduled to be elaborated within the project has been completed and integrated into a renewed environment, (both in the physical and informatics sense), is ready for use.

The main challenges encountered during the construction process included the respective informatics related developments. The project’s primary goal was the development, instalment, configuration, and uploading of such a document maintenance and registration system, which facilitates the uniform storing, management, and servicing of the intellectual property of the Eszterházy Károly College. Furthermore, the system is required to provide the options and devices of on demand and planned digitalization and collection construction along with the workflow system needed for the design and monitoring of the respective process.

During the provision of digital content accessibility rights are guaranteed by the DRM module configurable in a variety of ways.  The entitlement system is elaborated according to the rules applicable to user groups and types. The planned functional model has virtually become completed as the respective knowledge repository entails a wide variety of functions and provides a range of services. The forthcoming presentation will introduce the system’s components along with demonstrating the full structure of the given scheme.
