The scientific video sharing site, Videotorium has been launched a year ago. Based on feedbacks from users and institutions, development has not been stopped since then. The visitor’s traffic have been developed too. The ability of creating a subpage for each institution is one of the biggest improvements. Once created, a subpage can have its own design and news, and, of course, recordings. Another big milestone is the mobile interface for the site. From now on, visitors can access Videotorium via their mobile devices, supported platforms are Android and iOS (iPhone). Further new functions: there is a possibility to add secondary video instead of slides, a possibility to add subtitles to a recording, and the site is now available on Facebook. Regarding not only the technical side, there are also improvements: to mention only a few example, all semesters of “Szabadegyetem, Szeged” and the whole archive of World Science Forum 2011 has been added to Videotorium during the last year.
