Nowadays rentable computing capacity options are spreading thanks to virtualisation solutions which allow the on-demand use of IT resources and move the costs of managing, repairing and maintaining hardware and software from clients to cloud providers. Clients do not wish to operate IT systems, they tend to focus more closely on processes and the solutions supporting them.

During our work, we were analysing the evolution of virtualisation platforms, the key functionality they offer, their reliability in terms of stability and security, and the support quality of their vendors. As a result of our analysis, we created the fundaments of a secure cloud system.

Our first priority was to support the entire lifecycle of an application with a secure cloud infrastructure from the development, through the testing, till the reliable operation. In our presentation we show the development environment, testing environment, vulnerability analysis lab and infrastructure services we are working on.
