Blended learning: Best practices? A comparative analysis

There are numerous forms of blended learning. In my lecture I would like show certain features of blending learning managed by Malaysia and the forms of realization in practice.

The Open University Malaysia runs a learning center in Eszterházy Károly College, Hungary. This has enabled me to compare the Malaysian regulatory system with the Hungarian approach. The Hungarian e-learning system has a lot of differences compared to the Malaysian blended learning system. In my lecture the major differences and similarities will be presented in the following areas:

The comparative analysis shows how much we can learn from each other, because both systems include good practices. Finally, I will summarize the experience.
