The technological developement, and the digital culture resulted such changes in the copyright law whis have not been controlled in an adequte way until today.

 Questions related to digital technology first apperared int the middle of 90’s. Sincethenthehandling of the DRM systems, whichare th ebest way of individual copyright handling has beenone of tho most important question.

 The judgment of DRM systems in the society and copyright laws moved in a very wide scale in the recent years, and due to the invention of 3D printers it will influence he practical adaption of industrial law.
