As a result of an officially two year-long hard work that had actually dated back to the beginning of the integration of university libraries in Szeged, the quality assurance system has been configured and audited, and Klebelsberg Library is certified to use standardized means of operation.
Not only the elementary documents of operations and regulations are included in this comprehensive documentation but also description of each of our processes and rules.
In order to implement and store such documentation a tool was necessary with that we could control the drafting and editing process of documents, manage internal contexts, insert subsequent new descriptions and updates easily and ensure continuous maintenance.
